At last, another guilt free abortion story.

Congratulations Clementine Ford, it's nice to read more stories from women who aren't ashamed of controlling their fertility, and who have a realistic idea of what an abortion actually entails.
No abortion story is a happy story. Let's face it, it's often surgery, often a decision made during an emotional roller coaster of panic and your hormones give you a swift kick afterwards (just in case the whole ordeal of having to ask a stranger to assist you with your fertility in an intensely personal way wasn't bad enough).

Some women sail through it, for some it's a rocky ride. However, no one I know regrets their abortion, they maintain that it was the smartest decision they ever made. Then again, no one I know was forced into having one.

Is it just me? or is the internet bilious with post abortion sob stories?

We need more stories from people who do not regret their abortions to counteract the internet discharge of emotion from women who feel they made the wrong decision.

Where are the stories from women for whom it was a smart decision? Does anyone know? Or are they all getting on with their lives?

If you google "positive abortion stories" you'll find some links to them. I haven't checked them out so they could be booby traps for the unwary :-\

Too tired. Doing it tomorrow.
