Daisies for bad drivers?

In Croatia, a shopping centre has provided special extra wide parking spaces for the ladies. They are pink and decorated with flowers.

Naturally people from both sides of the gender divide are furious. You could imagine the reaction in Australia, where women are such god awful drivers that we get (OMG!) lower insurance premiums.
