Legalising prostitution seems to be a no-brainer to me. Mainly because it increases the safety of the people who work in the industry. However, I'm painfully aware that I have not been exposed to all the arguments on the issue so I check stuff out when it crosses my path. I came across this on the University of California Feminist Legal Theory blog. It's interesting, as are the links out.
